Only whole beans here, honey. Why?

  • Coffee begins to go to stale as soon as it's ground—which is why we sell and ship whole coffee beans. We want to make sure you're receiving the freshest coffee.

  • Investing a little money into a coffee grinder is the first thing we recommend to improve your coffee game at home (and it doesn't have to be a fancy, expensive grinder, either).

  • If you find us in-person at any of the events or farmer's markets in Louisville, KY, we can grind the coffee at the time of purchase! Follow us on Instagram for our event calendar.

Roasted weekly!

Because we roast in small batches, we carry a very limited inventory each week.

This is what to expect when you place an order.

  • 1-2 business days

    We'll check what we have in stock and ship right away, if available.

  • 3-7 business days

    If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, it means we didn't have your order in stock. We will start roasting a new batch just for you on the coming Monday!

  • Fridays

    All orders are ready to ship! Check your inbox for shipping confirmation!
